  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

  • Quality Issues: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Other Reasons: If you are returning an item for reasons other than quality issues, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Return Address: Please contact our customer service team to receive the correct return address. Do not ship returns directly to the package’s return label address, as this may cause delays.

Refund Policy

  • Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, we’ll confirm acceptance.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after return confirmation.

  • Unauthorized returns sent to the package label address will not be processed.
